Citrus Vinaigrette Recipe from Chef Don McMillan

Recipe type: Salad Dressing
Ingredients
  • 1 orange zested and juiced
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced
  • 1 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
Instructions
  1. Blend the ingredients in a non-reactive bowl with a whisk
  2. Place unused vinaigrette in a glass jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
