Garlic Herb Marinade

Ingredients
  • 6 garlic cloves, chopped
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh thyme
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 Tbs. chopped fresh basil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • ½ tsp. salt
Instructions
  1. Combine the ingredients in a bowl
  2. Put the food down in the liquid, and let sit for 10 minutes or more.
  3. Then roast away
