Healthy Chickpea and Spinach Energy Booster

  • Canola oil
  • 1 sweet onion
  • red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp red curry paste
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 - 4 cups fresh spinach
Instructions
  1. Sautée your onion in oil
  2. Add a few red
  3. pepper flakes, a teaspoon of red curry paste, and a can of rinsed
  4. chickpeas.
  5. Throw in a few handfuls of fresh spinach and stirred
  6. until wilted.
  7. Eat!
