  • 1 medium banana (frozen)
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk (skim, 1% or soy)
  • 1-2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ice, if desired

  1. Put all ingredients in the blender. Blend and ENJOY!
