Instructions

  1. Add all Ingredients to blender and blend until smooth (Add yogurt & milk to bottom of blender, first)
  2. Divide into 2 bowls
  3. Top with desired toppings
  4. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra protein – Substitute milk with nutrition supplement (like Boost or Ensure) and/or add 1/3 cup powdered milk.
