I will admit, I was skeptical about this recipe at first. I couldn’t believe pumpkin butter could be so simple! But yes it’s true, in no time at all, you can have a delicious, fun fall spread to use for so many things!

- Rice cakes
- PB squared [peanut butter and pumpkin butter sandwich] 😉

Seasonal Favorite- Pumpkin Butter
Like apple butter, but pumpkin!
- 8 dates, unpitted
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree ( or make your own)
- 1 T maple syrup
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 1/4 t pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t salt
Blend everything together in a food processor or blender until smooth and glossy.
