Chai Tea Smoothie with Nutrition Supplement Drink Recipe and Video

If you love chai tea or chai tea lattes and need a few extra nutrients throughout the day, try this chai tea smoothie. This recipe works with any nutrition supplement, such as Boost, Ensure, Carnation Instant Breakfast, or even milk or soymilk.

Chai tea isn't just for lattes! Try this creamy chai tea smoothie with a nutrition boost!

Ingredients
  • 1 8-oz vanilla Ensure, Boost, etc.
  • 1 chai tea bag
  • ½ cup boiling water + cinnamon stick for flavor
  • ¼ cup ice
Instructions
  1. Steep the chai tea bag in the ½ c boiling water with the cinnamon stick.
  2. Once the chai tea bag has steeped, remove the cinnamon stick, and pour the chai tea, Ensure, and ice into a blender and blender until smooth.
