Move More. Stress Less. 8 Week Wellness Program SUMMER Edition!
Hey Friends! We are starting a Move More Stress Less 8 week wellness program. This is our SUMMER EDITION! We will start at the beginning of June and take you through July. We just need your name and email to get you signed up.

Requirements: Track the time spent being active and email to Julie each week.
PRIZES! Of course, the best prize of all is feeling good & less stressed! To help motivate you, we will have prizes drawings at 4 weeks and 8 weeks. Prizes will be delivered by mail.
