I learned a lot! And I’m not so hard on myself about eating. Her approach to the subject of nutrition was refreshing. Instead of promoting self-discipline so you don’t eat that burger. She wants you to challenge yourself to add more nutrition in your life every meal. So add spinach and tomatoes to that burger and put it on a whole wheat bun!
Wow! Evidenced-based and amazing. She didn’t pressure us to be obsessed with our diets. This was one of the best sessions I went to!

I hear a lot about specific foods and supplements that are supposed to have miraculous effects, but your more holistic approach makes more sense to me, and frankly, is much more palatable.
